General Clean

 

For your ongoing, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services, your maintenance cleanings include the following:

  • Ceiling fans & light fixtures (dusted)

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Blinds, window sills, & lock ledges (dusted)

  • Moldings & woodwork (dusted)

  • Baseboards (dusted)

  • Lamps & lampshades (dusted)

  • Pictures & knick-knacks (dusted)

  • Furniture (dusted & polished)

  • Top of refrigerator (dusted)

  • Outside of appliances cleaned

  • Stovetop & drip pans scrubbed

  • Counter tops & backsplashes (washed)

  • All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)

  • Mirrors (Windexed)

  • Tub/toilet/shower & tiles (scrubbed)

  • All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)

  • Wastebaskets (emptied/wiped/relined)

  • Beds made, 1 set of sheets changed

  • Stairs (vacuumed, wood dusted)

  • Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)

 

It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate cleaning the areas describe above.

This service is not recommended for move in / move out cleans, or first time initial cleans.

Deep Cleaning

​

Includes the General Cleaning list items cleaned by hand with a detailed emphasis and focus on build up, plus the following:

​

  • Ceiling fan blades (hand washed in place/not removed)

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Blinds & shutters (vacuumed or wiped)

  • Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)

  • Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)

  • Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)

  • Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped)

  • Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs)

  • Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)

  • Outside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave

  • Stovetop, grates or drip pans scrubbed

  • All Cabinet fronts (hand washed or wiped)

  • Vacant homes: drawers, empty shelves, inside cabinets (hand washed or wiped)

  • All Doors and door frames (hand washed or wiped)

  • Light switch plates (hand washed)

  • Counter tops & backsplashes (hand washed)

  • All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)

  • Mirrors (cleaned)

  • Tub/toilet/shower & tiles (double scrubbed for build up)

  • All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)

  • Wastebaskets (emptied/relined)

  • Beds made, 1 set of sheets changed

  • Stairs (vacuumed)

  • Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)

 

 We do not climb higher than a 3-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster we cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.

 We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require extra attention blind cleaning (available upon request). Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.

  • Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)

  • Outside and Inside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave

  • Stovetop, grates or drip pans scrubbed

What Is Electrostatic Disinfection?

Electrostatic spray surface cleaning is the process of spraying an electrostatically charged mist onto surfaces and objects. Electrostatic spray uses a specialized solution that is combined with air and atomized by an electrode inside the sprayer. Subsequently, the spray contains positively charged particles that are able to aggressively adhere to surfaces and objects. Because the particles in the spray are positively charged, they cling to and coat any surface they’re aimed at.

 

For awkwardly shaped objects or hard to reach places, cleaning staff only have to point and spray; the nature of the mist allows it to coat surfaces evenly, and envelope objects—even if the mist is only sprayed from one side. After the spray is applied, the sanitizing agent works to disinfect the covered surfaces. For this reason, electrostatic spray is an excellent solution for germ and contaminant ridden areas.

How Does Electrostatic Disinfection Work?

Electrostatic spray is electrically charged, allowing the appropriate sanitizers, mold preventatives and disinfectants to wrap around and evenly coat all types of surfaces for a more complete clean. As the chemical exits the electrostatic sprayer, it’s given a positive electrical charge. The droplets then become attracted to all negative surfaces, covering the visible area, underside and backside, with the sanitizing agent. Surfaces that are already covered will repel the spray, making the method extremely efficient.
